Wes got into real estate during COVID in 2020 after managing several businesses post-retirement from soccer in 2015. His background in athletics taught him the value of hard work, consistency, passion, and building meaningful relationships—a mindset he truly brings to every aspect of his life.

While he loves working with his team, buying land, building homes, and renovating properties, his greatest mission in life is being a 5 star husband and father. With a wife and two amazing daughters, he wears many hats—but knowing when to take off the work hat and put on the "dad and husband" hat keeps him grounded.

Her real estate career began in 1995 in Phoenix, AZ. Since then, she has built and led multiple award-winning real estate companies. Jodi thrives on seeing things grow—whether it’s a business, a housing development, or the people she mentors—and she takes pride in creating lasting impact through her work.

Beyond her career, Jodi enjoys spending time with family, the beach, golf, and drawing. Known for her ability to organize and optimize just about anything, she blends her creative and analytical skills to bring order and efficiency to every project she touches.

Jodi’s greatest achievement is her family. Married for 29 years and she is the proud mother of three awesome sons.
